Gandus Saldatrici indicator tests are specifically designed to allow safe and reliable daily verification of the integrity of the welds carried out, according to the EN ISO 11607.1.2 standards in the parts applicable to it and ASTM F1929.

BlueTest.it

Suitable for pouches and rolls as per EN ISO 11607.1 / EN 868-5 in paper and film as per EN 868-3.

RedTest.it

Suitable for pouches and rolls as per EN ISO 11607.1.2 / EN 868-9 for uncoated polyolefin materials (e.g. Tyvek®).

Indicator tests are extremely simple to prepare and easy to read the results.

To use the tests correctly, simply insert a single-dose sachet into the bag whose seals must be checked, seal the bag and press on the test sachet to break it and allow the liquid to come into contact with the seals.

Any small imperfections in the weld will be made immediately apparent by the seepage of the liquid into the weld itself.

Sure – no risk of damage to the envelopes, thanks to the absence of pipettes or other objects used inside the envelopes. No risk of ink dispersion (methylene blue) during the operation.

Simple – simple to prepare and simple to read the results.

Fast – within 5 seconds for each weld, no more, allows you to check whether the weld made with the welder is perfect and safe.
