All traceability data related to each individual seal are automatically recorded and securely archived on multiple supports, including USB devices, PC systems and printed reports. This ensures permanent data availability and accessibility, even when the sealing machine is powered off, guaranteeing continuity of documentation and audit readiness.
For every valid pouch produced, the system generates a detailed record containing key process and production parameters, including Pouch ID, Production Date, Expiry Date, Temperature, Speed, Sealing Strength, Batch and Operator identification.
In the event of an invalid pouch, the system automatically issues a structured alarm report including Machine Alarm status, Alarm Code and Pouch ID, enabling immediate identification of the anomaly, rapid corrective action and full traceability of non-conforming cycles.

Smart Print is a technologically advanced printing system designed to ensure precision, adaptability and full process control during the sealing cycle.
Through intelligent dimension recognition, the machine automatically detects the size of the pouch and adjusts the print layout accordingly, activating the appropriate automatic character sizing. This guarantees optimal readability, correct positioning and consistent marking quality on every package.
If the pouch dimensions are below the minimum required size, the system generates an automatic alarm, preventing incorrect or non-compliant printing. This integrated control enhances traceability accuracy, reduces operator errors and ensures reliable, technology-driven performance throughout the packaging process.
SecurScan Data Upload Software
The sealing machine can be set up easily and safely via a data loading system that can read the sealing data for each sealed bag and automatically define the machine’s functions and parameters.
The SecurScan Data Upload Software allows you to create, print and download previously created barcodes containing all the sealing parameters of each pouch ID to an external PC. The system is extremely simple to install and works on any PC.
In this way you work with the sealing machine by activating the sealing process simply by inserting the bag to be welded. The machine will automatically adjust functions and parameters in accordance with the packaging requirements.
