Gandus BlueTest.it and RedTest.it single-dose indicators are professional devices designed to ensure safe, fast, and reliable daily verification of seal integrity, in compliance with the applicable requirements of EN ISO 11607-1/-2 and ASTM F1929 standards.
Thanks to their practical design, the tests are extremely simple both to prepare and to interpret, allowing immediate and effective quality checks.
To correctly use Gandus Saldatrici indicator tests, simply place a single-dose vial inside the package to be tested, perform the sealing operation, and then apply light pressure to the test vial, causing it to break and release the indicator liquid, which comes into direct contact with the seals.
Even the smallest imperfection or discontinuity in the seal will be immediately highlighted by the penetration of the liquid along the critical point, enabling a clear and immediate visual inspection.
