The software independently manages the feed speed of the belts, controlled by inverters.

Versions
Depending on the product and the required productivity, the DPS series is available in the following configurations:
– 1 infeed belt
– 2 infeed belts (1 roughing and 1 finishing)
– 1 weighing head
– 2 weighing heads
In the semi-automatic versions, the DPS weighers are supplied mounted on an independent support on the ground.
The system includes:
– conveyor belts (roughing and finishing) complete with PVC belt and side edges to contain the product
– speed regulation via digital inverter
– weighing container connected to electronic load cell with pneumatic unloading control
– support structure made of sturdy tubular
– steel loading hopper
– unloading hopper in shaped sheet metal to facilitate the sliding of the product equipped with counter-flange and possible manual reduction cone accessory for reduced bag mouth dimensions
