Validation of the packaging process according to ISO 11607.2 carried out by a sealing machine presupposes that it is Calibrated.
The experience gained and the constant commitment to absolute compliance with current regulations allows Gandus Saldatrici to offer services specifically dedicated to the Calibration and Re-Calibration process on our Validable sealing machines.
The service is offered on both new and existing welders.
The Calibration process is performed by measuring critical process parameters.
At the end of the Calibration process the Calibration Certificate is issued.
The Re-Calibration process is carried out by carefully checking the condition of the sealing machine, replacing spare parts if necessary, carefully adjusting the critical sealing parameters and issuing the relevant Calibration Certificate.
