Control and Monitoring of Sealing Parameters
To achieve high quality welding, compliant with the most stringent guidelines, it is essential to have constant monitoring of the sealing process.
The technology used by Gandus Saldatrici allows the temperature, pressure and speed parameters to be accurately controlled and the data recorded via USB for each individual weld carried out.
Recording and archiving of traceability data in both valid and invalid envelopes
All traceability data relating to each individual weld are recorded and archived on a USB stick, on a PC and on paper, so that they can be consulted even after the sealing machine has been turned off.
Each time a valid pouch comes out of the machine, a message is sent containing data relating to the Pouch ID, Production, Expiry, Temperature, Speed, Strength, Batch, Operator.
Every time an invalid pouch comes out of the machine, an error message containing data related to the Machine Alarm Alarm Status Alarm Code Pouch ID is sent
Remote management and control of the sealing machine
The management and control of the sealing machine can be managed remotely, further facilitating the operator’s task. Without connection cables.
Automatic configuration
The machine’s sealing parameters can be automatically configured according to the latest International Guidelines for the Validation of the packaging process in order to always and easily respect the best sealing temperature for each type of material.
Simply activate a closed Recipe and you will automatically obtain the most correct sealing temperature.
Smart Print
Technologically advanced printing system, which allows the welder to recognize the dimensions of the pouch and activate the relative automatic sizing of the print character, with an alarm in the event of pouch dimensions that are too small.
SecurScan Data Upload Software
The sealing machine can be set up easily and safely via a data loading system that can read the sealing data for each sealed bag and automatically define the machine’s functions and parameters.
The SecurScan Data Upload Software allows you to create, print and download previously created barcodes containing all the sealing parameters of each pouch ID to an external PC. The system is extremely simple to install and works on any PC.
In this way you work with the sealing machine by activating the sealing process simply by inserting the bag to be welded. The machine will automatically adjust functions and parameters in accordance with the packaging requirements.
Pouch size customization
Thanks to Gandus technology, each individual sterilization pouch can be customized in size based on actual usage needs.
The VSeal.it sealing machine allows you to obtain important advantages thanks to the great production flexibility in terms of width, length, quantity of the bags produced. The packaging process will thus become even more efficient in terms of time and costs, simple and fast.
Smart Efficiency
The technology applied to the design and manufacturing of Gandus sealing machines allows for high-quality welding, perfectly compliant with the most stringent and recent national and international regulations, with significant energy savings as the sealing is carried out at lower temperatures.
The presence of a functional stand-by system, which allows sealing to be reactivated after a period of pause without having consumption peaks, and the replacement of the PTFE cloths with an efficient PTFE coating further contribute to achieving significant energy efficiencies while fully respecting the quality of the welding.
